‍Job Description

Immuto Scientific is a venture-backed and NIH-funded commercial-stage biotechnology start-up company in Madison, WI working to advance drug discovery through innovative science and disruptive technologies. Immuto has developed a suite of proprietary technologies for protein structural analysis and is used in conjunction with other techniques for biotherapeutics discovery. Our customers include pharmaceutical and biotech companies as well as research institutions. Our mission is to transform biotherapeutics discovery and enable the development of better therapeutics.

We are seeking an enthusiastic intern to assist our team with biochemistry research for customers and initiatives to help us grow. Key responsibilities will include:

• Assisting PhD scientists in wet lab work for biochemistry research
• Assisting PhD scientists to maintain health and safety standards in the lab
• Day-to-day maintenance and operations of a biochemistry research lab
• Assisting with new customer initiatives
• Assisting with other important initiatives for the company

Key Qualifications:

1. Biochem / chem / chem engineering major or graduate student with wet lab experience
2. Experience with Mass Spectrometry sample preparation is highly desirable
3. Ability to work part-time in person at our lab
